Why we created Cloe
Action. Traction. Satisfaction.
When you dedicate your life to helping people and organizations improve, and a significant percentage of initiatives fail when you leave the building, it feels like waste. As Management and Improvement Consultants, we can’t let waste go unaccounted for. We set out to improve the system.
I haven’t met a person within any organization who doesn’t agree that reducing waste in business processes and cutting unnecessary cost makes sense, and most recognize that engaging team members in the process leads to richer work environments and improved organizational buy-in.
Getting there is hard work. It requires changing beliefs and behaviours, learning to identify and quantify the right improvement opportunities, and maintaining visibility of both the efforts and results of improvement initiatives. As Management Consultants, we work with companies through the discomfort of learning these fundamentals and, with their great efforts, we see monumental step change improvements. We leave with high hopes that they will sustain these efforts but, despite the fact that we set them up with optimized processes and standard operating procedures, this is where organizations fail.
Having experienced successful and failed CI program implementations, and having studied root cause analysis for failure, we know the path forward. We developed Cloe with long term success in mind to eliminate the waste caused by failed Continuous Improvement initiatives and to help organizations sustain independent CI/OE Ecosystems that don’t rely on consultants, long term.
Shorten the distance between you and success. Let’s talk.
